To help you resolve the problem as fast as possible, be prepared to give us as much information as possible about the problem. Instead of saying something is not working, be ready to give us specific and detailed information about what is not working.

For Email and Internet related problems, it is best if you send your questions to support@gemel.com.er.   By doing so, your questions will be addressed to a pool of people and someone will get back to you sooner than if you address them to a specific person as that person maybe out or busy on other projects.
